We are building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! There’s a fire inside each Bertucci's. One of the things that makes our company distinctive is the brick oven at the center of each restaurant. The 936 bricks that comprise each oven symbolise our foundation of authentic flavour and the strength of our culture. Primary Responsibilities- Maintaining cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and work areas
- Operating and monitoring the dishwasher, reporting malfunctions
- Assisting cooks with prep work as needed
- Some heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs)
