As a Hearing Care Specialist at Earful , you’ll be directly involved in making a difference in people’s lives by providing expert hearing assessments and tailored hearing solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Hearing Assessments : Perform comprehensive hearing tests and provide tailored hearing solutions for patients of all ages.
- Hearing Aid Fitting & Aftercare : Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids, ensuring long-term patient satisfaction with follow-up care.
- Sales and Customer Service : Promote and sell the most appropriate hearing aids, ensuring patients have the best possible options for their hearing needs.
- Diagnostic Audiology Services : Provide expert rehabilitation services , including hearing aid dispensing and detailed patient record-keeping.
- Collaboration : Work closely with healthcare professionals and support teams to deliver seamless and personalized patient care.

Qualifications and Skills Needed:
We’re looking for passionate professionals who meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications : HCPC Registered Audiologist (or equivalent), Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or Audiological Science
- Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the private sector audiology or hearing aid dispensing field, with a proven sales record.
- Customer Focused : A deep passion for providing exceptional patient care and personalized hearing solutions.
- Communication Skills : Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage patients and build long-term relationships.
- Time Management : Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Full UK Driving License : Required to travel to patient visits and clinics.
