Key Responsibilities for Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers:

As a Hearing Care Specialist at Earful , you’ll be directly involved in making a difference in people’s lives by providing expert hearing assessments and tailored hearing solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Hearing Assessments : Perform comprehensive hearing tests and provide tailored hearing solutions for patients of all ages.
  • Hearing Aid Fitting & Aftercare : Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids, ensuring long-term patient satisfaction with follow-up care.
  • Sales and Customer Service : Promote and sell the most appropriate hearing aids, ensuring patients have the best possible options for their hearing needs.
  • Diagnostic Audiology Services : Provide expert rehabilitation services , including hearing aid dispensing and detailed patient record-keeping.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with healthcare professionals and support teams to deliver seamless and personalized patient care.
  • Compliance and Professional Standards : Adhere to all industry regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

We’re looking for passionate professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • Qualifications : HCPC Registered Audiologist (or equivalent), Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or Audiological Science
  • Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the private sector audiology or hearing aid dispensing field, with a proven sales record.
  • Customer Focused : A deep passion for providing exceptional patient care and personalized hearing solutions.
  • Communication Skills : Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage patients and build long-term relationships.
  • Time Management : Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
