Job Title: Talent and Creator Executive
Department: Talent & Creator
Reports to: Senior Talent & Influencer Manager
Salary: Upwards from £27,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full time, 5 days a week with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the agency
Location: Manchester, Northern Quarter. We operate a Hybrid working policy of ideally minimum 3 days in Manchester HQ per week.
The Role
As a Talent and Creator Executive at Ear To The Ground, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of influencer campaigns from conception through to completion. Your role will involve sourcing, vetting and where applicable outreaching or supporting outreach to key influencers, as well as supporting team members on negotiating and contracting of key deliverables within our global influencer projects across sports, gaming and entertainment.
You will be part of a team creating best-in-class campaigns that build the most culturally relevant brands on the planet, having opportunities to impact the ideas and creative execution for the campaigns we work on.
Key Responsibilities
- Longlisting creation and client sell in
- Vetting talent and influencers for clients
- Point of contact for global seeding requests
- Communicate and manage your workload independently with the support of seniors
- Oversee in the smooth delivery of our work with creators and talent
- Maintain and grow relationships with internal stakeholders
- Provide input into creative briefs by gathering insight from talent/influencers and their teams
- Contribute and share work in client facing presentations
- Assist in the reporting and tracking of social content
- Work closely with other departments (with a particular focus on our Strategy and Creative Hubs)
- Maintain all vetting tracking sheets, keeping them up to date
- Setting up campaigns and managing platform requests
- Creating POs and being accountable for finance communication
Core Responsibilities
- Influencer Identification and Engagement: Identify the right influencers that align with our clients\’ needs and briefs. Engage and manage influencers on our campaigns, ensuring a successful outcome by supporting on aligning contracts with required campaign outcomes.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the smooth delivery of our work with influencers, managing them from both a posting and logistical perspective. You will be responsible for delivering influencer projects end-to-end, including internal team and client communications.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and grow Ear to the Ground’s relationships with individual influencers for a successful outcome for our clients. Seek opportunities to create new relationships with agents/talent managers to ensure influencers are readily accessible for the clients we work with. Be a positive ambassador for the agency.
- Reporting and Tracking: Oversee the reporting and tracking of social content, ensuring contractual requirements are met and campaign messaging is enforced.
- Collaboration: Take the lead on working closely with our research & insight and Fan Intelligence teams to select, vet and contract the right influencers for our clients\’ needs & briefs. Collaborate with our performance & tracking teams to ensure campaigns deliver results and respond in real time to the changing landscape.
Specialist Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain a Centralised T&I Database on Monday.com: Ensure seamless access to T&I data, helping the team make more informed decisions and track campaign performance more efficiently.
- Establish and rollout a Robust Vetting Process Document: Ensure a clear and standardised vetting process from an Ear to the Ground perspective that can be consistently presented to clients, maintaining a strong stance on our approach.
Key Requirements
Our ideal successful candidate will have:
Experience and Knowledge
- Strong enthusiasm towards working with talent and creators across sport, music, film/TV or fashion.
- Experience working in sports, esports or gaming is a plus!
- Understand of and passion for sport, music and youth culture
Specialist Skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Keynote
- Ability to demonstrate you can build and foster internal and external relationships with key stakeholders (i.e. clients, senior leaders at ETTG and Agents/Commercial managers)
- Proficiency in influencer identification organically and through bespoke platforms (e.g. tagger)
- Understanding in tracking influencer content and supporting the data analyst on key campaign metrics
- Core understanding of social metrics and their impact on different business outcomes
