This role exists to protect senior time, enforce process and ensure the right people are working on the right tasks at the right time. You will oversee campaign timelines, manage resource allocation across live and upcoming work, identify delivery risks early and act as the first point of escalation when issues arise. You will also play a key role in developing Managers and Executives, supporting professional development, performance consistency and progression planning within the team. You will be instrumental in helping the Talent & Creator team scale sustainably, moving the function from reactive delivery to a structured, repeatable operating model that supports best-in-class campaigns across sport, gaming and entertainment.
