We’re looking for an ambitious midweight creative to form part of a Creative Duo to join our sports specialist team bringing their capabilities and experience in creative concepting, art direction, copywriting and creative rollout to produce award-winning creative campaigns for global clients in sports, gaming and entertainment.

JOB PURPOSE

Working as part of a creative duo and collaborating closely with the strategy department and wider creative team to develop creative concepts for pitch and client. This role has a focus on sports led briefs.

Main Responsibilities and Activities

  • Contribute towards and bring to life the agency’s ambitious creative ideas by developing compelling integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts in response to creative briefs.
  • Work closely with the Strategy team to utilise Fan Intelligence to develop insight driven creative campaigns that achieve client KPIs and fanbases will love.
  • Copywriting, art directing and creative production on creative campaigns.
  • Develop the presentation of final concepts, inspiring our clients to purchase.
  • Be agency expert in creative market trends, visual communication, and the competitive landscape to inspire everyone in the agency to produce great creative.
  • Work with our world class team of internal and external creative team to ensure that our creative is brilliantly executed.

Skills & Experience

  • Must have: Experience in creative concepting, copywriting, art direction and creative production in an advertising context (min 2 years).
  • Have some experience / awareness of all of these disciplines, and a specialism / deep-dive subject within this suite of skills.
  • Proven skills in bringing creative concepts to life, constructing a narrative and selling a creative idea.
  • Ability to synthesis and response to client brief with ideas that address client challenges.
  • Experience working on creative ideation and development of campaigns with a live element.
  • A passion for creative, an eye for design and a hunger to produce visuals, copy and campaign that people will engage with and share.
  • Understanding of integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile etc.
  • A University/College degree or qualification in a creative field is beneficial but not essential.
  • A love of sport, gaming, entertaining and culture.

  • Location: Manchester. We operate a Hybrid working policy, min 3 days in Manchester HQ per week.
