We operate a Hybrid working policy of minimum 3 days in Manchester HQ per week.
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for leading and supporting the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards to meet the client's needs. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and attention to detail to keep campaigns running smoothly.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of high-level, complex integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Coordinate across creative, production, strategy, and media teams to ensure seamless execution and resourcing.
- Actively drive best practice processes across all projects working with other team members to ensure a consistently high standard across the whole agency.
- Work with the Senior Account Manager and Account Director to nurture existing client relationships and build confidence in the agency and its ability to deliver campaigns to the highest standard.
- Present, alongside agency colleagues, creative responses, strategy and insight ideas and concepts to the client.
Client & Stakeholder Support:
- Support the Campaign Director in managing agency partners, talent, agencies, and internal teams.
- Assist in the preparation of campaign reports, status updates, and post-campaign analysis.
Project & Budget Management:
- Own and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Take ownership of specific areas of campaign budgets, ensuring we stay within the identified budgets and minimise project creep.
- Identify and escalate potential project risks to senior team members.
Creative & Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure campaign creative and assets align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Support the strategy team in integrating audience insights and data into campaign planning.
- Ensure all campaign deliverables are in line with the overall creative vision.
3+ years of experience in campaign/project management within a creative, advertising, or marketing agency.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, experiential and content production.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, often changing, environment is a must.
