We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented OneTrust Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Privacy and Compliance team. You will play a critical role in administering and enhancing our Consent Management Platform (CMP) using OneTrust, ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations and delivering a seamless user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, cross-functional environment at the forefront of digital privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and upkeep of the OneTrust Consent Management Platform (CMP), including system configuration, customisation, and integration with internal tools and services.
- Set up and manage consent banners and user preference centres within OneTrust to support clear and compliant user interactions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in partnership with internal development teams and external OneTrust support services.
- Ensure the Consent Management Platform is consistently configured and updated to reflect the requirements of global data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and PECR, supporting sustained legal compliance.
- Identify and resolve issues related to consent tracking, ensuring smooth functionality and minimal disruption to users.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align CMP operations with business goals and compliance obligations.
- Continuously review and adjust CMP settings in response to regulatory changes or evolving business requirements.
