Education Authority is seeking a Cook to assist the Senior/Unit Catering Supervisor in meal preparation and cooking. You will work as part of a team to provide a hygienic service, supporting customer satisfaction and promoting uptake of the service.
You will handle record keeping, hygiene controls, stock management and staff supervision as part of daily kitchen operations and service provision.
