You'll be sitting within the innovation and research team rather than a traditional actuarial function. The role focuses on analysing customer behaviour, developing and testing new products and rewards, and using data to improve engagement, health outcomes, and commercial performance.

They're looking for someone with actuarial experience (2-5 years making good progress with exams), strong analytical skills, and ideally SQL, who enjoys solving business problems and working across product, data, and commercial teams.

It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond traditional reserving or reporting work and have a direct impact on product innovation and strategy.

Based in London - 2 days a week in the office.
