THE ROLE
Working alongside an experienced team of Partners and Researchers, this role involves assisting in the delivery of retained executive search and strategic consulting assignments with a global remit. The Eames Partnership has a detailed onboarding process to support your personal growth and development. The role of a Researcher will include a number of the following responsibilities:
- Research & Intelligence: Through both primary and secondary research methods you will be responsible for gathering research and intelligence on a variety of insurance disciplines dependent on our clients' requirements. This research phase plays a key part in providing us with sufficient knowledge of relevant sectors and market trends, allowing us to effectively consult and advise our clients accordingly.
- Identification & Assessment: Collaborating with the lead Partner to develop a search strategy for identifying talent. You will then produce a longlist of potential candidates before proceeding to approach individuals and assess their suitability through a competency-based interview. This will enable you to produce and present an appropriate shortlist to the client.
- Relationship Management: The Eames Partnership brand is built on credibility, innovation and trust and it is vital that both candidates and clients receive the highest levels of service. As an integral member of the team you will be working closely with candidates during the research phase and will often attend client briefings, catch up calls and occasionally deputise for the lead Partner in their absence.
- Product Innovation: The Eames Partnership's success is built on our innovative product strategy. You will be at the forefront of brainstorming, designing and developing new ideas to enhance our service offering and create a forward-thinking environment to continue with this success. You will also collaborate with our marketing department to promote our services and cement our position as market leaders.
- Data Analysis: Through analysing company and market data, the Eames Partnership has the ability to unearth industry trends and opportunities. You will be involved in supporting this function and by utilising these key findings you will be consulting clients on strategic growth plans. Through leveraging this data, you will play an integral role in enhancing our core proposition and delivering additional value to our clients.
