THE OPPORTUNITY

THE ROLE
Working alongside an experienced team of Partners and Researchers, this role involves assisting in the delivery of retained executive search and strategic consulting assignments with a global remit. The Eames Partnership has a detailed onboarding process to support your personal growth and development. The role of a Researcher will include a number of the following responsibilities:
- Research & Intelligence: Through both primary and secondary research methods you will be responsible for gathering research and intelligence on a variety of insurance disciplines dependent on our clients' requirements.
- Identification & Assessment: Collaborating with the lead Partner to develop a search strategy for identifying talent. You will then produce a longlist of potential candidates before proceeding to approach individuals and assess their suitability through a competency-based interview.
- Relationship Management: The Eames Partnership brand is built on credibility, innovation and trust and it is vital that both candidates and clients receive the highest levels of service.
- Product Innovation: The Eames Partnership’s success is built on our innovative product strategy. You will be at the forefront of brainstorming, designing and developing new ideas to enhance our service offering.
