We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Partner to lead senior-level and mission-critical hiring across the organization. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving end-to-end executive recruitment across Corporate Functions, Specialist Disciplines, Change & Transformation and Technology & digital enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define executive hiring needs and success profiles
  • Design and execute targeted search strategies for C-suite and senior leadership roles
  • Identify, engage, and assess high-caliber candidates through proactive market mapping and networking
  • Manage full-cycle executive search processes, including briefing, longlisting, interviewing, referencing, and offer negotiation
  • Advise leadership on talent market trends, competitor landscapes, and compensation benchmarks
  • Ensure an exceptional, confidential candidate experience throughout the process
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse executive talent
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8+ years of executive search experience (in-house or with a search firm)
  • Demonstrated success placing senior leaders and executives
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Expertise in candidate assessment methodologies and executive-level interviewing
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism, and commercial acumen
