Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location: London – Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

We’re looking for an Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant to attract, engage, and onboard outstanding professionals to join our internal team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our workforce by ensuring we have the best talent to drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit Top Talent for Our Team

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source and attract exceptional candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking with a specific focus on cold call headhunting
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural alignment.

Manage the End-to-End Hiring Process

  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates at every stage of the process.
  • Negotiate offers and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a positive start for new hires.

Build Our Employer Brand

  • Promote the Eames Group as an employer of choice through social media, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Highlight our company culture, values, and career growth opportunities in recruitment materials and candidate interactions.

Maintain Talent Pipelines

  • Build and nurture a network of potential candidates for future roles.
  • Maintain a talent database to ensure proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Mapp out competitors keeping up to date on movers within the industry

Optimise Recruitment Processes

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the hiring process and implement best practices.

  • Familiarity with using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
