A leading insurance firm in Central London is hiring a Workday HR Implementation Manager for a 6-month contract. You will lead a Workday HR implementation from end to end. The business has been through mergers and acquisitions, so this isn’t a clean greenfield setup. You need to understand how Workday HR can be structured and separated across different entities and operating models.
The job
- Own the Workday HR implementation end to end
- Drive delivery from discovery through build, test, deployment and handover
- Lead stakeholders through a complex, post-M&A environment
- Manage 3rd party vendors and keep them honest on timelines and outcomes
- Work with PMO and governance structures without getting stuck in admin
- Run proper project controls: RAID, reporting, decisions, and delivery discipline
What we need
- Proven Workday HR implementation experience, delivered end to end
- Strong knowledge of Workday HR design in multi-entity organisations
- Clear experience supporting separation and change linked to mergers and acquisitions
- Comfortable working with vendors, internal teams and senior stakeholders
