Job Description Head of HR Location: London/home Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer Working collaboratively with key business stakeholders, across the UK, U.S & Asia offices, to support and advise across a broad range of responsibilities. Responsible for the HR function globally, and with team leadership responsibility for the HR team (currently 1). Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a challenging, broad and varied role with considerable opportunity for growth. Managing employee relations, advising around process and best practice. Staying abreast of legislative changes and managing template and policy updates. Managing external, outsourced HR relationships to ensure appropriate levels of support. Oversight of leave management, managing and supporting leave (and return/reintegration) during maternity, sick, bereavement and all other leave types. Alongside the HR team, responsibility for ensuring a smoother onboarding experience for new hires.
