Eames Consulting is working with an Insurance company to secure the services of a Workday Product Manager on a contract basis.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in finance-transformation or Workday product-manager roles, including full Workday Financials implementation.
- Proven hands-on design of Workday integrations and finance functional requirements.
- Strong knowledge of insurance or reinsurance finance operations.
- Demonstrated ability to stabilise late-running or fast-track projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder-management, workshop facilitation and documentation skills across finance and technology.
- Workday product leadership – act as a functional product manager, shaping the end-to-end Workday Financials design and roadmap.
- SME guidance to provide support to the technical implementation teams of the Workday system and ensure alignment across finance vision, policies and processes.
- Rapidly assess the in-flight Workday Financials rollout, spotlighting critical-path and schedule risks.
- Drive mapping and optimisation of finance processes and align them to Workday configuration and reporting.
- Elicit and validate end-to-end finance requirements and map them to Workday configuration.
- Lead integration design workshops with other core business areas; create detailed interface specs.
- Align deliverables with reinsurance regulatory obligations and internal controls.
