We’re hiring an experienced underwriting performance and oversight professional to join a global reinsurance business in London. This role will focus on strengthening underwriting oversight, improving portfolio performance, and supporting consistent underwriting standards across international teams. You’ll work closely with underwriting, risk, compliance, finance, actuarial and operations stakeholders to enhance controls, manage governance frameworks, and support business planning and performance monitoring.
