Eames Consulting is currently partnering with a market leading Lloyd's Syndicate, who are looking to recruit an Underwriting Analyst to join their Underwriting Operations team. This position will closely support the Syndicate's Underwriting teams across processes, data, and tactical and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out established business processes while driving data-driven improvements, both within the Underwriting Operations team and in collaboration with other teams throughout the business.
- Acting as a subject matter expert with responsibility for the oversight and continuous development of new and existing processes, including the development and maintenance of process documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance tools and technologies that support underwriting operations and controls.
Required Experience:
- Proven Operational experience within Insurance.
- Able to perform data analysis and manipulation, including functions such as Tables, Pivot Tables, formulae (VLOOKUP etc.).
- Experience using SQL, and with MI platforms.
