Eames Consulting are partnered with a leading Insurer to appoint an IT Risk Senior Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded second line risk function, working across technology and operational risk in a business that is investing heavily in governance, resilience and digital transformation.
The Role
You'll play a key role in supporting the oversight of operational and technology risks, ensuring effective governance and robust control frameworks across areas including IT, cyber, data, digital services, third-party suppliers and operational resilience.
- Supporting technology and operational risk governance activities
- Maintaining risk registers and monitoring control effectiveness
- Conducting risk assessments and control testing
- Supporting internal and external audit activity
- Providing oversight of third-party and supplier risk
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen risk awareness and governance across the business
- Supporting regulatory compliance and risk reporting
About You
We're looking for candidates with:
- Strong experience in Operational Risk, Technology Risk, IT Risk or Risk & Governance within a regulated financial services environment
- Experience working with recognised frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ITIL or similar
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting regulatory compliance and governance activities
- The ability to translate complex technical risk issues into clear business language
