This role sits at the heart of a strategic change initiative, working closely with underwriting and change teams from early programme inception through to implementation and beyond.
You will play a dual role:
- Supporting initial platform implementation and process design
- Acting as a continuous improvement voice to identify inefficiencies and drive measurable change
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of a new underwriting workbench by analysing, mapping and improving existing processes
- Identify improvement opportunities and driving ongoing optimisation post-implementation
