The role
Underwrite complex construction and civil engineering risks in line with appetite and strategy
Own and develop broker relationships, driving new business and portfolio performance
Shape underwriting strategy through risk selection, pricing and deal structuring
Contribute to portfolio management, governance and mentoring within the wider team
