Eames Consulting are working with a reputable insurer on the appointment of a Senior Underwriter to be based in their Renewals Team. The individual can be based in any of the following locations: Leeds, Manchester, or Birmingham. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Underwriting complex renewals aligned with underwriting authority and risk appetite. Delivering exceptional service to brokers while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional coverage. Participating in meetings with underwriters and brokers, offering insights into emerging trends and market conditions, and contributing valuable feedback. Mentoring team members, enhancing their technical expertise through daily underwriting decisions and exposure to complex risk assessments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial lines, including Professional Indemnity, Cyber Insurance, or Management Liability and maintain key Broker relationships.
