We’re partnering with a forward-thinking professional services organisation delivering into a major client undergoing rapid growth and transformation. At the heart of this engagement is a critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) programme focused on modernising how access is governed across a complex and evolving estate.
The role centres around an internally built platform that integrates with finance, HR and payroll systems, ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. With ongoing M&A activity, the environment is scaling quickly. New businesses, new systems and new challenges create a real opportunity to shape how access is managed at an enterprise level.
This is not a typical engineering role. The client is actively leveraging advanced AI capabilities to design, build and evolve platforms in smarter and faster ways. You will be working at the forefront of this approach, using modern techniques to accelerate delivery and rethink how software is developed.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with C#, .NET and React
- Solid background in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Good understanding of how enterprise platforms integrate and communicate
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to generate, refine and optimise code
- A mindset focused on innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement
Work on a high impact platform at the core of a growing financial services organisation. Be part of a team evolving how software is built using modern AI approaches. Exposure to complex integration challenges across multiple business domains. Opportunity to influence the direction of a rapidly developing IAM function.
If you’re interested in building smarter, faster and being part of a genuinely forward-looking engineering environment, this is worth a conversation.
