This is a genuinely client-facing role, delivering strategic and commercially focused projects for pension scheme clients.
You will sit at the heart of client engagements, taking ownership of complex projects while building trusted relationships with trustees, advisers and senior stakeholders.
The Role You will lead a portfolio of client projects spanning pensions administration, regulatory change, data, benefits and wider strategic initiatives.
Projects are varied and can include: GMP equalisation and rectification programmes.

Data improvement, cleansing and remediation.
Benefits-related projects and pension administration change.

Projects designed to improve administration, governance and client outcomes.

Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how project delivery translates into client value and revenue will therefore be important.
About You We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who combines strong delivery capability with pensions knowledge, commercial awareness and an excellent communication style.
Proven experience managing complex projects within pensions, pensions administration, pensions consultancy or a related relevant environment.
Good understanding of pension schemes and the challenges facing trustees and sponsors.
Experience working with trustees, advisers, actuaries and/or other third parties.
Strong commercial awareness, ideally with experience delivering client-funded or chargeable projects.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the personality and gravitas to represent the business externally.
A proactive, autonomous approach and the ability to take ownership rather than simply manage a workstream.
