Key Responsibilities
- Lead pricing analyses across Casualty and Financial Lines business.
- Manage and develop a team of three pricing actuaries/analysts.
- Deliver rate reviews, portfolio performance monitoring and pricing recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Underwriting teams to support profitable growth.
- Drive enhancements to pricing tools, models and methodologies.
- Provide insight on profitability, market trends and portfolio performance.
- Support business planning and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
- Present pricing recommendations and performance updates to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualified Actuary.
- Strong London Market or commercial insurance pricing experience.
- Experience within Casualty and/or Financial Lines classes.
- Previous people management or supervisory experience.
- Strong technical modelling and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
