Senior Manager – Casualty Exposure Management

Looking for a visible role at a longstanding syndicate where you can utilise your experience in the London Market to influence business decisions?

Eames Consulting has partnered with one of the largest syndicates in the market as it looks for someone to join in a newly created role focused on Casualty Exposure Management. In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Exposure Management, CRO, Head of R&D, and traditional Exposure Management team to adapt existing processes and define the syndicate’s view of risk. Unlike traditional Exposure Manager positions, the focus is not on running CAT Modelling software and delivering results; instead, it is focused on researching Casualty risks, improving processes, developing tools (early warning Casualty risk tool for EX.), and communicating portfolio movements and suggestions to senior stakeholders.

Due to the seniority of this position, 8+ years of experience in CAT Risk and 3+ years of experience in Casualty Risk is required.
