Job Description
This role aids the Group Head of Risk and Compliance in driving robust risk and compliance outcomes across the business from a 2nd line perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and sustaining the Group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, encompassing the Risk Strategy, Risk Appetite, and Risk Policies.
- Providing guidance and constructive input to local business units to help maintain the ERM and Compliance Frameworks.
- Facilitating the gathering of inputs and ensuring the timely delivery of the Group’s annual ORSA in line with predefined schedules.
- Producing key risk management and compliance Management Information (MI) for senior leadership and the wider business.
- Working closely with local business units to monitor regulatory changes and evaluate their potential impact on the group.
Key Requirements:
- 4 + years experience in risk and compliance within financial services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong communications skills, both orally and in writing.
- Substantial experience of developing, implementing and monitoring enterprise risk management frameworks.
