Eames are working closely with a rapidly growing Lloyd’s syndicate who are looking to hire a Senior Operations Specialist to join their claims team.
This role will include:
- Playing a key role in the development of a DCA performance framework.
- Both generating claims MI reports, and analysing claims data, to monitor performance and highlight trends.
- Directly supporting the deputy head of claims, and the head of claims, with key projects to aid in the syndicate’s growth.
