We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to join our client’s Specialty Claims team to oversee high-value and complex losses. You will take ownership of complex claims strategy, support the delivery of excellent client outcomes, and play an important role in improving claims processes, reserving practices, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively managing a portfolio of complex claims, with a predominant focus on renewables (onshore/offshore wind, solar, etc).
  • Developing strategies for high-value, disputed, litigated, and technically complex claims to achieve effective outcomes.
  • Providing insight and recommendations on significant claims, emerging trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues, encouraging development and continuous learning.

  • Significant experience managing complex energy claims.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
