Eames is currently partnering exclusively with a leading Lloyd’s syndicate who are looking to appoint a Senior Claims Adjuster to manage a portfolio of major and complex claims. This individual will manage claims across a variety of product lines, including casualty, marine liability, political violence and energy as well as some additional specialty classes. Experience across all classes is not required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ongoing enhancements in the loss reserving and settlement processes through collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Proactively manage and adjust claims within the given portfolio, overseeing investigation, reserving, vendor management, through to settlement, in alignment with Claims guidelines and industry best practices.
- Develop strategies for high-exposure, litigated, and complex claims to achieve optimal outcomes and ensure prompt escalation where needed.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to relay key claims issues which have been identified, as well as communicating.
Required Experience:
- Must have extensive experience managing large and complex claims, across one of the following lines of business: casualty, marine liability, energy, political risk, political violence & terrorism, aviation, war, product recall.
