Senior Change Portfolio Lead

Senior Change Portfolio Lead // Permanent Position // London – Hybrid // Insurance

Our London Market Insurance Client are looking for a Change Portfolio Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives.

This role will work with the Senior Leadership Team to;

• Set purpose for and monitor the Change Portfolio
• Assessing investment cases
• Lead and facilitate board discussions
• Maintain Change & Delivery standards.
• Supporting in Project Health Checks
• Supporting with delivery where necessary.

To be considered for this role you will have;

• Experience as a Senior Project and/or Change Manager
• Experience within the Financial Services domain – Insurance would be preferred.
• Comfortability leading delivery teams
• Prior experience facing off to Senior Leadership Teams – Exec/ Board/ C-Suite level.

This is a permanent position, based in London 2-3 days per week.
