Weβre working with a leading Investment Manager on a fantastic opportunity to join their Change Team, where youβll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic change across investment operations, including an Order Management System implementation. This is a hands-on, visible role β ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is driven by continuous improvement, automation, and delivering real business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of BAs, setting the standard for documentation and analysis best practices
- Collaborate closely with Investment Ops, Investment Management, DevOps, and Client teams to drive change within a structured governance framework
- Define and design resilient, automated solutions that align with broader transformation and performance initiatives
- Engage with senior stakeholders, manage testing and implementation phases, and shape future-state operating models
- Influence and support the delivery of strategic initiatives such as performance optimisation and business automation
- Play a significant role in the end to end implementation of a new Order Management System (OMS)
Skills required:
- Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst within investment management or investment operations
- OMS implementation exposure (strong nice to have!)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills β you can turn business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Comfortable being hands-on and working in agile, dynamic environments
