Salesforce Solution Architect – 6 Months – Outside IR35

Role Overview:

• Position: Salesforce Solutions Architect
• Location: London (occasional onsite)
• Contract: 6 months initial (likely extension)
• Rate: £750pd (Outside IR35)

Key Skills & Experience:

• Salesforce Architecture & Development:
  • Expertise in Salesforce Core, Loyalty Management, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud
  • Strong Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development skills
  • Designing and developing APIs & API integrations
  • Creating scalable, high-performance architecture solutions
• Solution & Enterprise Architecture:
  • Strong experience designing and implementing end-to-end multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
  • Ability to translate business problems into technical designs
  • Experience working with Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF or similar)
  • Ability to visualise services and present to technical stakeholders
• Loyalty Management & Customer Engagement:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management
  • Knowledge of customer engagement strategies & retention models
  • Understanding of integration between Loyalty Management, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Technical Leadership & Strategy:
  • Leading Salesforce solution design & assurance within a global business
  • Contributing to technology roadmaps, standards, and best practices
  • Evaluating and selecting tools/apps based on cost-benefit analysis
  • Collaborating with global Agile teams and external partners
• Integration & Cloud Technologies:
  • Cloud, automation, and microservices experience
  • Experience onboarding and rolling out new platforms/technologies
  • Understanding of modern technology landscapes and limitations
• Stakeholder Management & Communication:
  • Ability to challenge ambiguity and handle tough stakeholder discussions
  • Strong ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions
  • Experience providing actionable insights to senior leadership
• Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with loyalty solutions or similar high-volume consumer platforms
  • Exposure to Tableau & data visualisation tools
  • Experience leading or contributing to a Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE)
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployments
• Certifications (Highly Desirable):
  • Salesforce Architect Certifications
  • Application Architect
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Data Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • System Architect
  • B2B or B2C Solution Architect (Nice to have)
• Other Relevant Certifications:
  • TOGAF (or similar architecture framework)
  • Any additional Salesforce Specialist Certifications
