Role:
Support a major Salesforce platform enhancement across the insurance business. This is a hands-on role focused on configuration and integrations, working with both internal teams and third-party platforms. You must have experience working within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Salesforce (Flows, objects, layouts, validations) to meet business needs
- Build Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and custom APIs
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g. broker or policy platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work closely with Architects, Admins, and Business Analysts during development
- Support testing, deployments, and technical issue resolution
- Maintain clear documentation for configs and custom code
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC, Flow, configuration)
- Proven background in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and secure API design
- Able to work in agile teams and regulated environments
Desirable:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
- Experience with middleware tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Boomi)
- Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud
