Job Description

I am looking for a hands-on Risk & Validation Manager to join a leading global speciality insurer. This is a highly varied role bridging qualitative and quantitative risk, with direct responsibility for 2 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a small team, ensuring collaboration.
  • Own validation of SOM and risk metrics, capital modeling, and actuarial risk frameworks.
  • Deliver on projects and drive initiatives across the organisation.
  • Build strong internal relationships

Requirements:

  • Experience in validation, quantitative risk, and actuarial frameworks.
  • Familiarity with capital modeling.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder skills.
  • Team player who goes above and beyond.

The role is open to a variety of backgrounds that meet the above criteria and offers between £100,000 and £110,000
