This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded London market insurer, playing a key role in shaping reserving strategy within a complex, multi-line business, working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, underwriting, and risk.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering robust reserve analyses across a diverse portfolio, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and regulatory requirements. You will contribute to quarterly reserving processes, support business planning, and provide insightful commentary on reserve movements and emerging trends. The position offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence decision-making at both a regional and group level.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified actuary (or close to qualification) with proven experience in general insurance reserving. Strong technical skills, including experience with relevant actuarial software and data tools, are essential, alongside the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences. Experience within an international or multi-jurisdictional environment would be highly advantageous.

In return, our client offers a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, competitive compensation, and genuine opportunities for career progression within a global organisation.
