We’re currently working with a Lloyd’s syndicate on the appointment of two Outwards Reinsurance Technician’s for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on managing reinsurance recoveries across excess of loss, proportional, and facultative accounts, as well as supporting the wider reinsurance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer recoveries, premium adjustments, profit commission, and NCB calculations.
  • Issue, track, and reconcile collection notes in line with contract terms.
  • Handle collection and payment processes, including aged debt management.
  • Prepare risk and claims bordereaux and renewal presentations.
  • Respond to broker and reinsurer queries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate reinsurance records in internal systems.
  • Review work from external service providers and produce management reports.
