Job Description

Our client is looking for a Real Estate Credit Rating and Research Senior Analyst to join their head office. Reporting to the Credit Rating and Research Manager, this role will lead the development and maintenance of the risk and rating framework, analyse portfolios and new opportunities, and provide challenge and insight through active participation in Credit Committees.

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience in real estate credit ratings or risk, ideally from a ratings agency or investment environment, with strong knowledge of rating methodologies, regulatory requirements, and real estate credit risks. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the ability to work collaboratively with senior teams and external managers.
