PMO Lead London | Hybrid – Tuesday to Thursday in the office We are working with a growing energy scale up business looking for a commercially minded Senior PMO Manager to support the continued growth of the organisation.

This is a broad role spanning Finance, Technology and Operations , with significant autonomy to shape PMO processes, governance and reporting as the business scales.

You will: Manage and monitor Cap Ex deployment across a portfolio of approximately £8m–£150m .

Support financial control, cash-flow forecasting and investment decisions.

Monitor multiple revenue streams and understand their impact on wider business performance.

Own and improve corporate reporting for senior leadership, investors and executive committees.

Develop executive dashboards and meaningful financial and operational MI.

Work closely with Finance and Technology leadership to improve reporting and systems.

Support an ongoing systems implementation programme and embed effective reporting and analytics.

Shape the PMO framework, including governance, reporting and delivery processes.

Potentially mentor or support a junior PMO resource as the function develops.

We are looking for someone who is: Adept and comfortable with P MO, reporting, governance, and capital allocation/financial management would be highly relevant.

Comfortable producing reporting and MI for senior stakeholders and executive teams.

Able to develop governance and processes rather than simply operate within established frameworks.

Independent, proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity.

Confident challenging senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
