Location: London (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced pensions professional looking to step up and get stuck into a wide range of client work? We're working with a leading consultancy that's growing its team and looking for a Consultant to join their London office.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be part of a collaborative team, delivering high-quality advice to both corporate and trustee clients across all aspects of pension scheme management. From funding and design to governance and communications, you'll support senior consultants and partners in solving complex challenges and delivering smart, tailored solutions.
You'll get involved in:
- Attending and advising at trustee and governance meetings
- Drafting reports, member communications, and client literature
- Helping clients navigate regulatory change and pension scheme strategy
- Supporting presentations, member surgeries, and training sessions
- Overseeing junior colleagues and contributing to process improvement
- Supporting new business pitches and attending client meetings
What we're looking for:
- Strong background in UK pensions – whether from a consultancy, in-house or admin provider
- Confident communicator with experience building client relationships
- Comfortable working with DB schemes and ideally some exposure to DC
- Organised, deadline-driven and keen to keep learning
- Studying for (or recently completed) professional qualifications (e.g. PMI/APMI)
