Motor Fleet Underwriter

Eames is working with a Lloyd\’s Syndicate on the appointment of a Fleet Underwriter to be based out of their core London offices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Underwrite complex risks across new business and renewals within agreed authority.
• Support product strategy by analysing data and identifying growth opportunities.
• Build broker relationships to expand market reach and deliver tailored solutions.
• Mentor team members, sharing technical expertise to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven fleet underwriting experience, demonstrable market knowledge, pricing strategy expertise, and commercial awareness.
