Change Professional driving a Middle Office Transformation. I am looking for a skilled professional to lead the analysis, target operating model definition, and delivery plan for the outsourcing and globalising of Middle Office operations for a global Asset Manager. This is a high-profile role with significant exposure across UK and US teams, as well as third-party service providers. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless integration, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering long-term commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the evaluation and implementation of Middle Office transformation.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business and external service providers.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and governance frameworks.
  • Produce clear and concise reporting for senior management and steering committees.
  • Support additional projects that contribute to business growth.

Skills Required:

  • Strong background in both Project Management and Business Analysis with experience in Middle Office operations, ideally within buyside.
  • Experience leading the design and delivery of a target operating model, including expertise in operating model development and transitioning to business-as-usual.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and workstreams, including exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to drive effective delivery.
  • Experience working with outsourced providers is advantageous.
