A leading global insurer is looking for a Marine Pricing Lead to join its actuarial function, offering the opportunity to shape pricing strategy and influence underwriting decisions across a complex and diverse marine portfolio. In this role, you will take ownership of pricing for a broad book of business, delivering case pricing for large risks and binder reviews while developing and maintaining pricing models and tools.

You will work closely with underwriting teams, translating technical outputs into clear commercial insights, and will play a key role in portfolio performance analysis, business planning, and new business initiatives. This position also offers the chance to mentor junior analysts, contribute to a strong actuarial culture, and operate within a high-performing and collaborative environment that supports innovation and professional development.

The ideal candidate will bring significant pricing experience within the London Market or a similar commercial insurance environment, with strong technical actuarial skills and the ability to apply them in a real-world business context. Experience in marine insurance is advantageous but not essential; however, a solid understanding of insurance principles, strong communication skills, and the confidence to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders are key.
