Eames are working with a growing specialty reinsurance platform on the hire of an Underwriter within their London team. The team writes a diverse portfolio of specialty treaty reinsurance business across classes including Marine, Energy, Terrorism, Aviation and Crop. Unlike many markets which focus on a single class or structure, this role offers exposure across a broad range of products including XoL, Quota Share and Retrocession.

The position will involve underwriting and developing a profitable portfolio, analysing and pricing treaty opportunities, managing broker relationships and contributing to wider portfolio strategy as the business continues to grow.
