Underwriter - International Property D&F (Start-Up Syndicate) in London

Eames are currently partnered with a start-up Lloyd\’s Syndicate who are looking to hire an Underwriter in International Open Market Property to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new division with ambitious growth plans to move towards being a lead market.

This role is responsible for delivering profitable growth, overseeing underwriting performance, and supporting broker relationships across both large commercial and/or mid-market property risks. You will play a key role in developing underwriting strategy, ensuring portfolio health, and driving innovation in the book.

This would suit an experienced underwriter who is comfortable delivering an above-market service, has great broker relationships, and is keen to contribute beyond BAU underwriting.

We\’re looking to speak with individuals who have strong experience Underwriting Property D&F risks across International territories.
