Are you a senior structuring professional with a track record of running complex reinsurance or capital transactions? This is a high-impact, execution-led role where you'll take ownership of funded reinsurance and structured solutions, shaping deals from idea to completion.
You’ll work closely with ALM, Risk, Finance, Tax, Legal, and BPA Deal teams, overseeing transaction execution, legal documentation, negotiation, and governance. This is not a modelling role - it’s about leading transactions and influencing outcomes as part of an expert team.
What we’re looking for:
- FIA or CFA
- Experience managing reinsurance or capital transactions end-to-end
- Strong understanding of structured solutions, governance, and balance sheets
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Constructive, senior presence able to challenge and influence
