Our client is looking for a Senior Structuring Manager to join a specialist structuring team. This is a transaction-focused oversight role, responsible for managing and negotiating structured reinsurance and balance-sheet solutions from concept through to execution.
Responsibilities
- The role will work closely with ALM and senior stakeholders, with a strong focus on balance-sheet optimisation, governance, policy design, and transaction structuring.
