We're working closely with a leading UK insurer to hire a Pricing Data & Analytics Lead to take ownership of pricing MI, analytics and portfolio insight. This role sits at the heart of pricing decision‐making, working closely with senior stakeholders to turn data into clear, commercial insight that drives profitable growth. Life and Non‐Life candidates welcome.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop pricing MI and analytics across a broad product portfolio
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and insight for senior stakeholders
- Support rate setting, persistency analysis and pricing strategy
- Develop portfolio management capability and improve pricing tools
- Monitor market and competitor activity
- Present insight to governance forums and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills (Power BI, R/Python)
- Experience in pricing, insurance analytics or related field
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders with clear, data‐led insight
- Commercial, curious, and comfortable working at pace
