Senior PMO Manager to support the continued growth of the organisation.
This is a broad role spanning
Finance, Technology and Operations , with significant autonomy to shape PMO processes, governance and reporting as the business scales.
You will
- Manage and monitor
Cap Ex deployment across a portfolio of approximately £8m–£150m .
- Support financial control, cash-flow forecasting and investment decisions.
- Monitor multiple revenue streams and understand their impact on wider business performance.
- Own and improve corporate reporting for senior leadership, investors and executive committees.
- Develop executive dashboards and meaningful financial and operational MI.
- Work closely with Finance and Technology leadership to improve reporting and systems.
- Support an ongoing systems implementation programme and embed effective reporting and analytics.
- Shape the PMO framework, including governance, reporting and delivery processes.
- Potentially mentor or support a junior PMO resource as the function develops.

P MO, reporting, governance, and capital allocation/financial management would be highly relevant.
