A top-tier consultancy is looking for a senior pensions data professional to take on a genuine client leadership position within a large, well-established team. - Leading data strategy and delivery oversight (not hands-on execution)
- Managing and guiding technical specialists and analysts
- Explaining complex data issues clearly to trustees, sponsors and other stakeholders

Qualifications / Experience
- Strong DB pensions data background - you need to know this space well
- Hands-on experience with data rectification: GMP, Barber, data improvement projects
- The ability to get into the detail and challenge outputs, even if you're not the one producing them
- Confident and credible in client-facing situations
- Solid prioritisation skills - you'll be running multiple schemes simultaneously
- Good Excel and reporting skills
Offer / Conditions
- £70,000 – £110,000 base (dependent on experience) + up to 30% bonus
